Heating Instructions:

Microwave (Fresh): Remove lid and heat for 1½–2 minutes, or until hot.

Microwave (Frozen): Defrost overnight in the refrigerator, then heat for 2–3 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Stovetop: Transfer contents to a skillet and warm over medium heat for 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally until heated through.

Air Fryer: Transfer beef and broccoli to an oven-safe or air fryer–safe dish (omit rice), cover loosely with foil, and heat at 350°F for 5–6 minutes. Add rice separately or heat in microwave.
