Ingredients:
King Arthur Gluten-Free 1:1 Flour (rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour, whole sorghum flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, cellulose, xanthan gum, vitamin and mineral blend [calcium carbonate, iron, niacinamide, thiamin hydrochloride, riboflavin, folic acid]), buttermilk (cultured milk, lactic acid), duck eggs, cane sugar, grass-fed butter, baking powder (Bob’s Red Mill – sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate), baking soda, sea salt, vanilla extract.
