Fluffy, buttery, and perfectly golden — these gluten-free buttermilk pancakes are made with duck eggs, A2 milk, and grass-fed butter for the ultimate wholesome breakfast. Lightly sweetened with organic cane sugar and kissed with vanilla for that homemade flavor everyone loves.

Ingredients:

King Arthur Gluten-Free 1:1 Flour (rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour, whole sorghum flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, cellulose, xanthan gum, vitamin and mineral blend [calcium carbonate, iron, niacinamide, thiamin hydrochloride, riboflavin, folic acid]), buttermilk (cultured milk, lactic acid), duck eggs, cane sugar, grass-fed butter, baking powder (Bob’s Red Mill – sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate), baking soda, sea salt, vanilla extract.

Heating Instructions

(Fully cooked — heat until warm throughout.)

From Fresh (Thawed):

  • Microwave: 45–60 seconds

  • Toaster or Pan: Medium heat for 1–2 minutes per side

From Frozen:

  • Microwave: 2 minutes, flipping halfway

  • Toaster or Oven: 350°F for 5–7 minutes
